Have you ever thought about playing tennis?

Maybe you have been discouraged by some of the things you hear: that it's difficult to play, too expensive, or hard to find a court. Well, at MVSRA we want you to give tennis a try and here's why...

Tennis is a healthy, exciting, challenging, energetic, addictive, inclusive and accessible game. Or to put it into one word, it's just plain FUN.

MVSRA provides many opportunities to learn and play tennis. Unlike other sports, a tennis game does not require a large group of players, in fact with singles play, you only need one other player. You can also be flexible with match schedules and length of play, and it really doesn't have to cost a lot. Many people think a tennis membership is too expensive. Truth is, playing 90 minutes of tennis is less expensive than bowling 3 games, a round of golf, or going to a first run movie! Plus it's a great way to stay in shape and make new friends. At MVSRA, our membership rates are very reasonable, as we are dedicated to making the game of tennis affordable for everyone.

And getting started is easy, ask about our individual or group lessons. Our teaching pros have taught many people to play tennis, and those players are currently enjoying a lifelong sport.
At MVSRA, we are especially proud of our junior development program. We currently have two USTA junior teams, and enrollment is growing every year. You are never too young or too old, and inexperience doesn't matter. Whatever your level, let MVSRA get you into the game.

For those of you who may have played tennis before, but gotten rusty, MVSRA can put you back into the game. You can get started in a weekly league of compatible players, play in some of our informal social programs, such as adult workouts, round robins and Club Day, or schedule your own court time to play with family members or friends. Remember you don't have to be a "great player" to get back on the court. So put aside your inhibitions, pick up a racquet, and call us today!
